O N E – Get to Know

Step one in the Faded Fern photography journey is our complimentary wedding phone call where we get to know each other and see if this could be a good fit! These calls are usually anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes and cover a lot of ground. After that call, I send you a mock timeline and package options that you can choose from and we book from there. T W O – Planning & Prep

This is a key part of the Faded Fern photography journey and is the stepping stone to a stress-free and beautiful photography experience on your wedding day. Depending on the wedding package you book with me, you will receive 1-3 planning video calls. On these calls we spend as much time as we need to planning out the timeline in great detail, talking through the key moments of the day, expectations, and more. On these calls, you can also provide me with Pinterest vision boards! I send each couple a family list template that they can plug in with their families information for the family photos to go smoothly after the ceremony. Our final call happens one month before the wedding where we finalize all the detail items, family lists, and timelines. I remain accessible to each of my clients via email and text anytime throughout this process and value being a resource and guide any way I can. I have been a part of a lot of weddings, so ask away!

T H R E E – The Big Day

For a Faded Fern weddings, peace and ease are at their core. It is important to me that we have worked together leading up to the day to ensure that everything runs smoothly. I will calmly and clearly direct you, your partner, your family, and friends throughout the day to foster all the beautiful moments you want without any stress or responsibility on you. It is always my goal that the couple does not have to worry about anything other than being present on the day. I create photographs that are sincere to the moment and also do not take forever to get you to your reception! We can get as creative as you would like while also remembering that it is truly more about the day than just the photographs.

F O U R – Afterward

After the wedding ends and you head off to your honeymoon, Faded Fern starts creating your beautiful wedding day gallery full of hundreds of memories from that day. Within 48 hours of your day, you will receive a sneak peek gallery that you can share with your family and friends! Then, within 8 weeks of the wedding, the big day comes where you get to see them all! This moment is such a special one where you both can sit down and reminisce together while looking through the gallery. Be sure to text me and let me know how it felt looking through them! You will also receive a package in the mail with a hand-painted Mr. & Mrs. sign, polaroids from the wedding day, letter of my favorite moments from the day, and a stack of matte photographs from your gallery. Beyond that, I remain readily accessible to all my clients for any post-wedding questions or concerns and hope to be included in on all the future life moments!
